Program Description:
Many Americans live in manufactured homes, and many are in significant financial distress due to the economic impact of COVID-19. The number of Chapter 13 filings will probably be increasing soon if they are not already. This Roundtable will look at how the bankruptcy courts address bifurcation issues under 11 U.S.C. § 1322(b)(2) if the manufactured home is the debtor’s primary residence.
