Ryan J. Prahm’s legal practice focuses on working with financial institutions, privately-held businesses, entrepreneurs, investors, real estate developers and physician groups. Mr. Prahm assists a wide array of clients with general corporate matters, real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and probate matters. Ryan has previously served as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Iowa College of Public Health, teaching Legal Aspects of Health and Medical Care.
Ryan and his wife Jean live in North Liberty with their three children. Ryan is active in the community as a volunteer with Junior Achievement and as a coach for his children’s athletic teams. Away from the office, Ryan enjoys playing basketball, University of Iowa athletic events, and spending time with his family.
