Benjamin G. Nielson is an associate attorney at Pugh Hagan Prahm PLC where he practices primarily in the areas of Business, Finance, Bankruptcy and Commercial Litigation. Ben regularly represents financial institutions and business creditors in all manner of insolvency and bankruptcy-related matters, including stay relief, financial restructuring, distressed loan workouts, foreclosures, judgment enforcement and more. In addition to his private practice, Ben also serves as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee, administering Chapter 7 bankruptcy cases for the benefit of creditors and other stakeholders.

In his free time, Ben likes playing golf and spending time with his wife and daughter.
