Patrick J. Ford practices in a wide array of fields, including real estate transactions and developments, landlord/tenant relationships, estate planning, probate and trust administration, business entity formation and maintenance, and contracts. Pat has represented both large-scale developers and small-scale developers, and countless individual buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate. Pat practices extensively in landlord/tenant relationships, and has assisted both landlords and tenants in a myriad of disputes. Pat also previously served as an adjunct lecturer at the University of Iowa College of Law, teaching Title Examination and Selected Real Estate Transactions.
Pat and his wife Jodi live in Coralville. Pat enjoys spending time outdoors with Jodi and their two adult children, biking, hiking, camping and travelling, and cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes and the St. Louis Cardinals.
